How does Humm work
HUMM ONLINE
1. Apply or Log in
You’ll be redirected to the humm portal to either log in or apply. Once approved, you can use your available limit to shop with humm.
2. Shop on McDowells Website
Add your chosen items to your shopping cart and proceed to checkout.
At checkout, you’ll be redirected to the humm purchase page to finalise your order.
(Please note: part payments cannot be made online.)
3. Complete your Purchase
Make sure your total purchase amount does not exceed your approved humm limit.
Once logged in to the humm website, simply follow the instructions to complete your purchase.
HUMM IN-STORE
1. Apply fur humm
You’ll need to apply for humm approval before visiting the store.
Once approved, keep your mobile phone handy, as you’ll need to provide your humm acceptance code to complete your purchase.
2. Shop in McDowells Store
Visit McDowells and choose your items in-store.
At the checkout, let the store assistant know you’d like to pay with humm.
You can use your full approved amount or part pay using humm.
3. Complete your Purchase
The store assistant will help you complete the process.
